Location: the hotel was not far from the old city centre. It was near Domino's Pizza, where you can have dinner.

Clermont Ferrand was picked for its geographic position halfway to my destination. What a pleasant surprise . . . the hotel was very nice and the town was a stunning surprise with new and old world charm. Hotel service was excellent, indoor parking was provided and the dinner was supurb!

-The hotel is well located very near the historic center of the city. There is an free access to the internet in the lobby. There is a secure garage for the cars. Staff is friendly and very helpful.
The hotel is located to, what I would say, is a fairly noisy square (But this was on a sunday evening just before Easter Monday, this could be the reason). In the evening (Between 22 and midnight) there were some people (1 or 2) with dogs barking around and young's with noisy scooters. This was a bit a nuisance. I discussed the issue with the hotel's staff at the reception and I was told that they replaced the windows 2 years ago with sound proof ones (But I must say that I was not impressed by the quality of the sound proof windows). The furniture of the room is OK but could be improved.

Had a lovely room, with balcony, just across from the square in Delille. View from room was great, lovely view of the cathederal over the rooftops of Clermont. Views of Puy du Dome from balcony. Had breakfast there on day 2 and as restaurant is on the 6th floor, it has a lovely panorama. Beds very comfortable. One small drawback was that air conditioning had not yet been activated and weather (luckily) was unseasonally warm when we stayed during 1st week of April. Other than that, loved our stay and would stay again on any return visit to this area.
Loved the hotel and very pleasant staff

junior duite is definitively not a suite but 2 small rooms and one has a camp bed. bathroom is very old and durty so are pillow and blanket. Than looby carpet is really old, and durty. and finally if you need the elevator on the moning you may wait for 20 min to get the change to see the unique elevator full

On arrival we had a problem with our room but this was sorted out promptly, professionally and to our utmost satidfaction. We found the staff very friendly and helpful, The location was close to the city and restaurants. The hotel restaurant was good as was La Table de Thierry in the old town..
There are 2 type of executive rooms and this should be pointed out to guests on booking.

Comfortable room. Very warm inside during very cold weather. Location is ideal: between historic part of town, and the rugby stadium.
For a twin room, it was a bit small to move the beds apart. The beds themselves were not very big. Was hard to control the heat in the room. The breakfast was so expensive (€14) we decided to go elsewhere.

We stayed at the hotel during a trip to watch rugby. It is well situated for walking into the town centre and catching a tram to Stade Marcel Michelin.
